Valle Hermosa, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva

Aged in French and American oak, this outstanding 2013 red smells as sweet as a spring morning. With hints of strawberry, cherries, and dark chocolate, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was a dessert. Tasting it however reveals a steady stream of ripe tannins culminating in a succulent, juicy finish. A delightful accompaniment to grilled red meats it also sits well with arugula or eggplant.
