You’ll Have to Eggscuse Us
Who’s that poking his ears over the horizon? Why, it’s the Easter Bunny of course, hopping his way into Graziano’s. And that can only mean two things: lots of delicious Easter treats, and lots and lots of eggscrutiating egg-based puns. Sorry. We’re just really eggcited. Reserve a table!
Eggs. We scramble ‘em, fry ‘em, poach ‘em and sizzle ‘em. We whisk ‘em, beat ‘em, fluff ‘em up and bake ‘em. Drenched in hollandaise in the mornings or rolled into pasta in the evenings, there’s not a lot our chefs can’t do with a humble egg. In fact, you could say they’re eggsperts. So when we heard the Easter Bunny was in town, we thought we’d do something that little bit eggstra-special. Eggstravagant even. Our luxuriously homemade chocolate eggs are now available throughout Easter. An eggsquisite eggsample of our chef’s eggceptional talents, we eggspect them to sell fast. So hop on down to Graziano’s before they’re eggstinct.

Wines of the Month
There’s only wine of choice for us this month. You might say we put all of our eggs in one basket. But that’d be way beyond the yolk.
Valle Hermosa, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva
Aged in French and American oak, this outstanding 2013 red smells as sweet as a spring morning. With hints of strawberry, cherries, and dark chocolate, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was a dessert. Tasting it however reveals a steady stream of ripe tannins culminating in a succulent, juicy finish. A delightful accompaniment to grilled red meats it also sits well with arugula or eggplant. Speaking of eggs, did we mention Easter…?
