However You Holiday
It’s December, which means it’s time to dig out your light sweaters
and get in the holiday spirit. No matter what traditions you observe, we hope you’ll spend some time with us this month. Gather for a tasty meal with family, grab a drink with friends, or have an empanada-eating contest with
your mortal enemies—we won’t judge how you celebrate.
They’re Baaaaaack…
Gift your loved ones a basket full of Graziano’s goodies. We’ve got two options: build your own if you’ve got time to browse, or grab a pre-made basket if you’re the more indecisive type…
or if you’re just in a rush on the way to your great-aunt’s place.
Art is In the Air
Your neighborhood standby will be here with open arms and a stocked kitchen.

Wines of the Month
Las Perdices Extra Brut
This is a sparkling wine that is just right for this time of the year, as an aperitif or to celebrate one of the many festive get-togethers and meals. Las Perdices Extra Brut is made from 50% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier and 20% Pinot Noir – you can expect a very aromatic sparkling wine in this beautiful bottle.
A pale yellow color with green highlights, aromas of citrus fruit, peach and pineapple and nuances of raspberries are dominating with a subtle yeasty sidenote. The perlage is persistent with a good amount of bubbles. The mouthfeel is full, like a Champagne but much fresher and a little less dry.
Perfect to kickstart your meal or a great companion to light, white meat dishes, shellfish and salads.
Casa Martelletti Prosecco Extra Dry
Casa Martelletti Prosecco Extra Dry is a classic sparkling wine from the Prosecco region in the northeast of Italy at the foothills of the Alps. The Glera grape is used predominantly for the production of the popular Prosecco and resulting in this fresh, fun and sometimes also quite fruity sparkling wine. Casa Martelletti’s Extra Dry is a good example of this and on the dryer side, with refreshing and powerful bubbles in a beautiful yellow color with light green reflexes.
Aromas and mouthfeel come with lively green apples, a hint of lime
and grapefruit. There is also some Asian pear and candied ginger; just delicious and a real palate cleanser without being tart or too yeasty. Overall, it is very easy to drink and opens up the appetite.
A great idea with sushi, fish carpaccio or grilled vegetables, salads with fennel or artichokes. Looks like we are off to a great holiday season!
