Red, White, and Food: July 2019

By July 4, 2019News

If you think July 4th is the only holiday this month, we have some good news.

Gooooool

Is Copa America the most wonderful time of the year? Depends on how
far your team makes it. Either way, we’ve got 2-for-1 Estrella
Damm beers during the semi-finals and finals no matter who you’re rooting for.

B-B-CREW

The sun shouldn’t only be the only thing bringing the heat this summer.
Whether you prefer cooking with charcoal, gas, or wood, it’s time to
fire up the grill, invite over some friends, and show off your skills
with the best meats from our carnicería.

Best of Cluck

July 6th is National Fried Chicken Day. Try our new
Sandwich de Pollo Frito, complete with Calabrian pepper
aioli, pickles, and sweet slaw on a brioche bun.

High Fry-ve

In our opinion, every day should be National French Fries Day,
but the nation has decided to limit it to July 13th. Sounds like
the perfect opportunity to celebrate with our homemade french fries,
made from scratch and served hot.

Ice, Ice Baby

July 21st is National Ice Cream day, so get here before it melts.
We’ve got Bianco Gelato: small batch, organic gelato made locally
in Miami.

Garfield Would Be Proud

July 29th is National Lasagna Day, and if you’re looking for the best one in
town, look no further than Lucia Pizzeria. We make a Lasagne al Forno a Legna,
which is Italian for “authentic Napolitan-style lasagna that sticks to all the right places.”

You Better Be Hungry Aventura

We’re working up an appetite. Renovations in the beautiful Park Square Mall
in Aventura are underway. Stay tuned for our new location grand opening
in the coming months when we welcome a new market “edition” to
the Graziano’s family.

Hotter Than July

As summer is in full swing and keeps getting hotter, our ongoing
‘Summer of Rosé’ is just the right refreshment. We’ve selected 3 different
Rosé wines for you, each of them special in its own way.

Trumpeter Rosé De Malbec by Rutini Wine’s latest vintage, with its
delicate salmon rose color and a fresh acidity, is bright and elegant,
has delicious aromas of grapefruit, citrus and fresh cut herbs. It is perfect
with grilled salmon and green vegetables, rice and seafood dishes, classic
Carpaccio or cold cuts.

Las Perdices Malbec Rosé has a more intense and much darker rose color due
to a longer contact with the 100% Malbec grape skins during the maceration
process. It also has high intensity aromas of strawberries and raspberries
and is perfect to pair with different appetizers or salads.

And last but not least, the BB Balbo Malbec Rosado, also from Mendoza,
wears a very pretty pink color and has peach, honey and tropical fruits
aromas, some citric notes with a tendency to a delicious sweetness.

Stay fresh and drink pink this summer. Enjoy these three great wines
well chilled whether accompanying your meal or served before a meal
as an aperitif.
