Red, White, & Brews: July 2020

By July 2, 2020News

Independence Day

We may not have fireworks, but we do have a beer and sausage deal to celebrate the Fourth of July this year. Switch up your boring burgers for some delicious Argentine choripán and have your family oohing and aahing.

It Helps To Yelp

We’ve recently switched our reservation systems over to Yelp, so that’s now the best way to make sure you can grab a table here. It’s as easy as (pizza) pie.

Still Home?

We’re still delivering. Order online to get your favorite Graziano’s dishes at your doorstep, from lasagna to milanesa to ensalada, and you can wash it all down with a pitcher of sangria.

Spice To Meat You

Miami Spice is back, and it runs through September. We’ve got a fixed price menu for lunch ($23) and dinner ($39) to make eating well even easier.

The Meat Is On

Our beef comes from Argentine cows, and it’s 100% Certified Angus. That means you’re sizzling up the finest quality beef on your grill when you shop at one of our markets. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Empanada Mondays

Are still a thing! We’ve got all your faves for $1.99 each on Mondays. Pick some up for yourself, send some to a few friends, maybe a couple more for yourself…you can’t go wrong on Empanada Monday unless you forget what day of the week it is.

Clean As A Whistle

We’re continuing to follow official hygiene guidelines to keep our guests and staff safe, but we’re not stopping there. We’re going above and beyond the guidelines in order to keep the entire Graziano’s familia healthy, you included.

Celebrating Summer

Yes, it’s that “hot” time of the year again, with long days and perfect rosé wine-sipping long evenings…

Just take a look at all the refreshing different and beautiful Rosé tones of just a few of our ‘Summer of Rosé’ ideas that we have in store for you, each of them special in its very own way.

Take for example the elegant salmon rose color of the delicious Trumpeter Rosé De Malbec 2019, the latest Rosé vintage by the Rutini Family Wines, with great acidity, very elegant and fresh aromas of grapefruit, lemon and Mediterranean garden herbs. Or our ‘Las Perdices’ Rosé with high-intensity aromas of strawberries and raspberries, floral broom and violet, an inviting and shiny soft pink color in the glass.

The ‘Chacabuco’ Malbec Rosé 2018 has a much more intense, darker rose color because Malbec is just a darker red grape and also due to the longer contact of the wine with the 100% Malbec grape skins during the maceration process. It is spicy, bold and refreshing at the same time and can be enjoyed even with meats like sausages from the grill, grilled sweetbreads and like all other Rosés as well, it is always a great pairing with fish or shellfish dishes, grilled salmon and salmon carpaccio, paella and risotto, green pea soup, cold cuts and summer salads.

Sparkling Rosés are also a great alternative to enjoy with your food or as an aperitif these days and should never be forgotten when things become festive or romantic!

Just the right wines for this season, enjoy!
