History of Food
Easter is big in Argentina—think: a two-week celebration with carnivals, processionals, masses, and of course, FOOD. The main dish on the Easter feast menu is asado or roasted lamb.
And our traditional Easter dessert is Colomba di Pasqua, a brioche-like bread decorated with
pastry cream, nuts, chocolate, and candied fruits.
