Our story starts when Mario Graziano was 8 years old, when his family left Italy behind to move to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
There he was raised in his parent’s butcher shop, building his craft and opening his own shop in 1962 when he was 18 years old, the first of eleven he would later own throughout the city.
