Privacy policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Graziano's, operating as Graziano's Group ("we", "us" or "our"), provides the website at www.grazianosgroup.com. This policy explains information collected through this website, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.
This policy covers our website and related online communications. Services offered through other websites, such as reservation, ordering and gift-card services, may also have their own privacy notices. It does not replace any separate notice provided for employment, in-person transactions or another specific service.
Information collected through the website
- Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, location or service preferences, message and other information you choose to provide. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address and subscription preferences. Please do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive personal information in general inquiry forms.
- Account and transaction information. If you use an account or checkout feature made available through Shopify, information associated with that feature may include contact details, authentication information, addresses and transaction details. When you order, reserve a table or buy a gift card on an external platform, that platform collects information through its own service and may provide the relevant details to us to fulfill your request.
- Technical and usage information. Our website and its service providers receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages and interaction times. Website measurement also records actions such as opening menus, following reservation or contact links, and beginning a contact form.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and maintain the website, respond to inquiries, provide services you request, manage subscriptions, understand how visitors use the website, improve its content and navigation, and protect the website against misuse. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or address disputes.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your information is used to send updates about our locations, menus, events and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent a response to an inquiry or a message about a service you requested.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for website functions, preferences and measurement. Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some technologies support essential functions, while others measure how the website is used.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions. Google processes technical and usage information to provide measurement reports. Our custom booking, menu and contact events record the type of interaction, not the name, email address or message you type into a form. This does not mean that all information processed by Google is anonymous.
For details, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
Use the choices in our cookie banner to accept or decline optional cookies or manage your preferences. Our custom booking, menu and contact tracking requires analytics permission and stops when that permission is withdrawn or data sharing is opted out. You can also use your browser settings to block or remove cookies. Blocking cookies may affect website features, and choices may need to be set separately on each browser or device. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing that already took place.
Service providers and external services
Information is made available to our authorized team and service providers as needed to operate the website and the services described here. These include:
- Shopify: website hosting, forms, account features and platform services. Shopify also processes information under its own Consumer Privacy Policy. Its Privacy Portal explains choices relating to information Shopify handles.
- Google Analytics: website measurement, as described above.
- Mailchimp: newsletter subscription and email services. The site also has a Mailchimp tracking integration. Depending on the features enabled, Mailchimp can process technical information and interactions with website content or emails. Its Privacy Statement and Cookie Statement explain its processing.
- Reservation, ordering and embedded services: links to services such as OpenTable and Toast, and embedded Google Maps content, connect you with those providers. Loading embedded content or following a link can disclose technical information to its provider. Review that provider's notice before submitting information through its service.
We may disclose relevant information when legally required, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect rights and address security incidents. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their notices explain their own processing and transfer arrangements.
Retention and security
The period for which information is kept depends on its purpose, the service involved, applicable provider settings, and any legal or recordkeeping requirements. Newsletter preferences and records needed to honor an unsubscribe request may be retained after a subscription ends. You can contact us about information relating to you.
No website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general website forms or ordinary email.
Your privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, obtain a copy, or object to or restrict certain uses. Some laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, or to appeal a decision about a request. The availability of these rights depends on the circumstances and the law that applies.
To ask about these rights or make a request, contact info@grazianos.com. We may need information to verify your identity and understand your request. Please do not send identity documents unless they have been specifically requested through an appropriate channel. For information handled independently by an external provider, you can also contact that provider directly.
If you believe a child has provided information through this website, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. Any additional notice or consent required for a change will be addressed as applicable.
